Each Friday we do our best to bring all you esports nerds a 1on1 video interview with a gaming celebrity. This week it is time for the WCG 2003 champion for Warcraft 3, Zdravko “Insomnia” Georgiev. The SK Gaming player from Bulgaria is one of the most popular players in the scene, even though despite his consistent shape, he rarely wins big events these days.
Carmac sat down with Insomnia to talk about his life, pro gaming and StarCraft 2. Enjoy.

Great interview, great player :)
Actually this first one is because that big geek thing. I mean Carmac. If you know what I mean. Erm.. who I’m lieing to. Nobody understand a fkn word of mine :D
Ah come on Carmac, you could’ve pressured him a tad harder than that! :{
Pressured for what?
More insight and information, what he’s about and what makes him so popular. He seemed hesitant to reveal anything about his real life could have tried to press him harder about that particular subject imo!
Or get a very awkward moment since he hesitated several times even when pressed
Never seen Louis Theroux interviewing people? Best style imo :D
good job carmac, nice iview!!

Also he contradicts himself, saying on one hand he has quit his studies because gaming takes up too much of his time and on the other hand claiming he is not getting top results anymore because he doesn’t want to spend all his time playing like other pro-gamers.
You should have caught that carmac ;]
I’ve noticed but he really seemed like he didn’t want to talk much about that and if I pressed him he would have said he was a professional killer ;D
