Sony has announced a new battery for the PSP. Due out mid-December, Sony promises that the new battery will double your game time.
The package is going to be priced at $44.99 and will include not only the battery, but two battery covers, one in Piano Black and the other in Ice Silver. Buyers beware: The new battery is a bit larger than the normal PSP Slim one, so you have to use the covers that come with it.
Personally, I’m willing to deal with a chubbier PSP if it means that I get to play Silent Hill: Origins for twice as long. What about you?
