There are just few days until the Quake Nations Cup signup deadline on Jan. 13. On the same day, seeding for QuakeWorld, Quake 3 and Quake 4 will be published on the QNC website. Quake 2 base groups will be selected by NDML admins and will be announced later. On Monday, Jan. 14, a live draw of basic groups will be presented on PG24 Television. The draw show begins at 20:00 CET.

There are currently 22 national teams with 47 squads. The first nation that completed a “QuadRun” was Sweden; they already have a squad for each Quake TDM. Finland is close behind with almost completed QW squad and other nations compensate for missing Quake 2 squads by two teams in Quake 3. Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary are among those. The most powerful Quake country is Russia, with full 5 squads.

We are still missing some nations such as Portugal, Spain, South Africa and Australia.

Teams have until Jan. 18 to complete their lineups, where you can find names like Cooller, fojj, PURRI, Makaveli (not the American), Ironbyte, Krysa, reppie, razor, Danskie, Falcuma, geo, Jocko and many more top players from Quake Nations.

Week #1 will be starting on Monday, Jan. 21 and you can expect some decent TDM matches from the legends of FPS.

For those of you that don’t want to play and just watch television, we’ll have GTVs, Q4TV and QTV to bring you the matches of Nations Cup.

You can find out on our website that there are different wallpapers used for each game. The first CONTEST will be about wallpapers. You are free to prepare and send backgrounds for each page of this website. Winning pictures will be used for whole play-offs. Optional width is 1011px.
