Week 2 of Quake Nations Cup has just started with two Quake 3 Matches. First, Sweden won in three maps against Italy. fojji and sLONKEN played great games for the Scandanavian Quake owners, while Polterizer was one of most important players for team Italy.The second game was between Serbia and Belarus. Even with Cypher in the Belarus lineup, Serbia managed to win in three maps.
You can check all Week 2 matches on the official homepage and on channel #Quakers.ws there will be info about all matches, GTVs and scorebots.
Because one of the main problems in every competition is the processing of demos, I’m proud to announce the release of our Week 1 Demo Package for Quake 3. Highlights from demos presented in this pack will be selected for a Week 1 Highlights movie. So, don’t hesitate to give us feedback on the best moments you find in demos.
In Week 1 there were also QuakeWorld Matches played and one of best was Sweden’s match. Reports by Ake Vader from QuakeWorld can be found on Quakeworld.nu. The Czech Team was owned by Finland in its first match and also Germany had troubles with Netherlands in Week 1.
All Quake 2 matches of Week 1 were added to Q2Scene.net and its NDML. Week 2 matches are also presented on the official website and this week will be the first when team Brazil comes to action.
Quake 4 matches were played mostly on schedule, but we are still missing some games from Week 1. I hope that all matches will be finished.
