Gamestop holds SSBB tournament Saturday

Today, Gamestop announced that on Saturday they will be holding a Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament at 2,500 of its stores. The tournament will follow standard single elimination rules and will begin at 10PM. Gamestop asks that you arrive 30 minutes in advance to secure a seat.

Those who dominate the competition will advance to multiple qualifying rounds, ultimately leading to the finals, held in San Jose, CA on April 12th. The last man standing will receive a Nintendo Wii with accessories, an LCD-TV, “an entire Nintendo Wii Software Library” and $5,000 cash.

If you think you got the skills to make it all the way, you better cancel those Saturday night plans.
