Last week, we asked GGL members what games they want to see at the Digital Games in Shanghai this summer. The response was overwhelming, so I decided to check out the suggested games and see which ones the GGL community really wants.
As of last Friday, with 336 comments, the winner by a slender margin was Call of Duty 4, which just eked past StarCraft to take the top spot.
Quake 3/4, Warcraft III and Counter-Strike 1.6 rounded out the top five suggestions.

heh cnc3 is failing this vote but remember every other ladder with a bunch of games and competitions… which one had the most games played? which one was the most active? it was CNC3. AGC is a prime example of that.

Can you show me the definitive statistics to prove this assumption?
I could if the AGC site was up but ggl took it down and linked it to the army site. we had i think at least 400 matches played on that ladder.

Quake series got third and this wasn’t even advertised to the quake community. It would be a travesty to not have one of the most skilled FPS duel games played in the digital games.
Well remember cnc3 has next to no competition level when compared with the top 3 games on this list. I love the cnc series, my favorite RTS series but this is about esports and cnc would not propel the idea or concept of esports as well as other titles.
