For the last couple of days, a certain major videogaming blog that shall remain nameless has been sending gamers to a Dreamcast 10th anniversary site. Unfortunately the site has been outed as a phishing scam — the site’s anonymous operators collecting visitors personal information for nefarious purposes.
We can thank Joystiq for the warning — they uncovered the fact that Sega no longer owns the URL in question.
Sega says they are considering “appropriate measures.”
