GGL’s still churning on the tournament and contest front, and today we’ve got news about two tournaments and a funny contest for you to participate in.
Remember: Prizes and (more importantly) bragging rights are on the line for these tournaments/contests, so you should register to begin your odyssey into gaming stardom.
First up: The Big Air Gaming League’s Guitar Hero III ladders are up, allowing you to hone your axe skills against the best on the ‘net. A trip for two to the 2009 Honda Session is up for grabs, so what are you waiting for? Join the competition today. The tournament will repeat itself two more times this year, so any practice you put in won’t be a waste if you don’t snag the tickets this first time around.
Also, the Headplay Gamer Face contest is currently underway. Take a picture of your Gamer Face and send it to us for a chance to win a Headplay Personal Cinema system worth approximately $500. The full rules are available GGL.com’s Headplay group page.
Last, but certainly not least, GGL and Sony are planning a Warhawk tournament launch very soon, so stay tuned for the details…

Why the hell would anyone even sign up for a GGL tournament when it’s a well known fact it takes forever to get your winnings? Or never see them at all?
