Digital Games ladder report: June 26
Heated competition continues on the Digital Games ladders, but the leaders are beginning to solidify their positions on some games and regions.
Paladyn has a stranglehold on the on the European Warcraft III front, as usual, with a 39-5 record and 4940 points. He’s 780 points ahead of Russian dmZfederal, and 940 ahead of iesbly4eg. FuRY[SWE], however, is climbing with a 25-5 record and 6W streak. He’s currently in 4th place.
In 6th, another star is rising. His name is PGS.LiiLD.C, and if you’re a follower of the WC3 scene, you know he’s a force to be reckoned with…
Meanwhile, on the Trackmania Nations Forever North American ladder, G2_Wolf has held onto his undefeated record. He did not, in fact, get to play Iceman yesterday. Wolf expressed some disappointment as he’d rather “get 40 points for racing and losing instead of 60 for a forfeit win.” This hardened competitor will be looking forward to the challenges posed by CoryEarly and wilameta.
An honorable mention goes to Frenchman ukl, who is leading the European TMNF ladder!
On the sports side of things, our FIFA exhibition ladders are taking off (on the PC), as the Latvian dragua faces off against icantplaygood, the 5-0 pavjke, and 4-1 Fyyck. dragua has held on to his lead so far, with only one loss to icantplaygood.
Gosuwatch: Artosis has been deposed by BroL1 on the North American StarCraft ladder, ending his two week reign of terror. BroL1 is still undefeated! Can anyone stop him?
We’ll find out as the Digital Games continue.
