We’re a community of dedicated gamers here at GGL, but it’s not just all about competition–we look out for each other, too. Some of you might know of B Dangerous, a very small clan whose members have been around here for a while now.
Last month, they flew down to Thailand to compete in a friendly invitational tournament. Well, if a newcomer to GGL is to be believed, the entire clan has decided to live and work there. Slayher, apparently the sister of one of the clan members, seems to think there’s something fishy going on.
Word has it that her brother left a suspicious voicemail talking about the clan’s GGL member profiles. We had a look, and noticed the whole clan seems to have taken IT jobs. Slayher calls foul–supposedly not all of the clan are IT guys.
We’re pretty skeptical about all this, but maybe you can find something in those profiles that we didn’t. Is B Dangerous in trouble, or is everything just fine? Either way, let’s see if we can put this matter to rest.
Today Sony announced, at the end of this month, Warhawk will be getting over 50 trophies. The trophies will be introduced in the Aug 27 1.5 update. Some examples of trophy worth actions are: “hosting a game for four hours, playing a “perfect deathmatch” (come 1st, no deaths) and shooting down aircraft with a tank.”
The update also promises to include “custom music tracks from the Home Menu,” new paint options, and tutorial missions to help guide noobs.
I can’t wait for this update. Right now, all I’m playing is Warhawk and I can’t get enough of it. If any of you readers want to fly the not-so-friendly skies with me, my PSN name is Yuenanimous.
