Kyle Peschel, producer of Timeshift, will join us today in the studio! Not only that, we actually had a real life confrontation with the Stickydrama.com guys. See what happened when they visited the office (it wasn’t pretty).
It’s Thursday, and you know what that means! It’s time for a review day.
djWHEAT and crew will kick things off today with reviews of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune (PlayStation 3), Assassin’s Creed (PS3 & Xbox 360), and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles (Wii).
Hosts Marcus “djWHEAT” Graham and Mike “Force” Dettman put Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (DS) and Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness (PSP) to the test! I’m certain Summa will run in and stick his unshaven mug into the camera at some point as well. Please make sure to log into live chat on Stickam and uStream and make fun of him.
Naughty Dog co-founder Jason Rubin will join us in the studio today! Rubin is perhaps best known for creating the Crash Bandicoot series, as well as the Jak and Daxter franchise; you should know and love both if you’re even remotely human.
It’s worth noting that there will be no Epileptic Gaming Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23-24, because we’re going to be too busy stuffing our faces with turkey. That’s just how we roll. EG will return to the airwaves Monday, Nov. 26.
There have been weirder things sold on eBay, like that Virgin Mary piece of toast a couple of years back, but I never thought someone would want to pay $127 for kam-RA’s rat tail.
With two days left to go on the bidding, we want you to raise the price even higher, because the GGL is matching the auction amount up to $500, and all the money will go to the Child’s Play Charity.
Michael Dehen, CEO of Faramix Enterprises, will be joining Epileptic Gaming in-studio today! Dehen founded Faramix in March of this year and is currently working on END, the studio’s sole project. A jack of all trades, Dehen dabbles in production, design and writing related to END.
We’d like the EG community to give a warm welcome to Dehen live today at 7PM ET/4PM ET broadcast through Stickam and uStream on epilepticgaming.ggl.com and wire.ggl.com. Be here or be square.
Tomorrow, Wednesday Nov. 21, Jason Rubin of Naughty Dog will join us in the studio.
You’ll get an advanced screening of Up All Night Episode 2, featuring Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games for the Wii! Up All Night is a reality-style review show featuring a new videogame every episode. This episode: Four guys get on one Wii for eight hours of ridiculous waggle-induced action.
We’ll also take a look at Crysis and Assassin’s Creed, so tune in to the show! We’ll broadcast Epileptic Gaming live at 7PM EST/4PM PST through Stickam and uStream on the EG site and GGL Wire.
Marcus “djWHEAT” Graham is on a writer’s strike. No, really, he joined the WGA this week and went on strike.
The Friday free for all promises an hour-long show full of “anything goes” debauchery, so keep your eyes peeled for the live broadcast of Epileptic Gaming #139: Friday at 7PM ET/4PM PT through Stickam and uStream right here on GGL Wire and the EG site.
After Tuesday’s show, Marcus and Summa sat down for an instructional look at Eye of Judgment for the PlayStation 3. Here’s the video on demand of the result:
Usual hosts Marcus “djWHEAT” Graham, Rance Costa, Hogan “kam-RA” Carter and Mike “Force” Dettman will be joined by co-host Robert Summa for today’s review day. The EG crew is debuting a brand new review format that we haven’t done before, so stay tuned!
The gang will take a look at Call of Duty 4 (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) and Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction (PS3). The phone lines will be open! Make sure you call in and insult Summa’s sexuality.Epileptic Gaming will be streamed live through Stickam and uStream right here and on the EG site at 7PM ET/4PM PT.
