Michael Phelps video games announced

The American swimming champion, Michael Phelps, has signed a partnership with publisher 505 Games to create the first-of-its-kind video game series. The Phelps video game series is planned to be released for unspecified next-generation consoles, with the first entry in the series, which is currently under development by 505 Games’ Los Angeles studio, set for release in Spring 2010 and may also include some of Phelp’s teammates.
