Valve gives free games after false ban

Valve, the company behind Steam, offers 12000 players free copies of Left 4 Dead 2 after they were accidently banned from Modern Warfare 2. Due to a bug in the system of VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat System), it banned approximately 12000 players from Modern Warfare 2 because the system assumed those players hacked the game.
