Analysts predict The Lost and Damned to break 2 million

There is no doubt about it, DLC is big money. Don’t believe me? Well, according to Michael Patcher, analyst for Wedbush Morgan, GTAIV’s The Lost and Damned will be downloaded over two million times this year. At $20 a pop, that’s some pretty good money.

Patcher stated: “Take-Two released the first installment of DLC for GTA in mid-February, and we estimate that the game has been downloaded over 1 million times to date. By year-end, we think that this figure will likely double, giving us greater confidence that Take-Two can achieve its full-year earnings guidance.”

Although this news is interesting, I don’t find it surprising. I know that once I get a job, my first purchase is going to be The Lost and Damned, and I’m sure there are plenty of jobless college students like me out there.
