BF1943 arrives this June for consoles, PC later
Today DICE announced that Battlefield 1943 will hit Xbox 360 and PS3 this June. The 24-player WWII shooter remake is going to cost $15. DICE also announced that the PC version, which is also $15, will arrive this Sept.
Battlefield 1943 comes with three classic maps: Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima; all of which have been redesigned to highlight the newly destructible environments.
Producer Gordon Van Dyke stated, “We want to offer gamers the most accessible online shooter experience and the best value found in any premium download title.”
