Burnout Paradise’s “Big Surf Island” no longer free
It has been almost a year since Burnout Paradise came out, and still developer Criterion Games keeps releasing downloadable content. Today Criterion announced that the “Big Surf Island” DLC for Burnout Paradise, which was originally supposed to be free, will now cost an undisclosed fee. Criterion stated, “We never expected to create anything this ambitious, but as it progressed we got more and more excited about what it could become.” There was no word as to when “Big Surf Island” will be released.
Personally I am all right with paying for this new content; Criterion Games has released update after update full of free content, so the least us gamers could do is send them a little cash in exchange. In all reality, the previous updates sported some major changes to the game; imagine what changes we can expect from paid content.

Well first:
I have payed for every dlc that I downloaded from Criterion!
Second:
I think the fact that this was originally announced to be FREE, it should BE free.
Third:
Im getting very very tired of waiting and will most likely move on to a different game. Where’s my Loyalty? You can’t buy loyalty and I payed for the game and content so, Criterion should be loyal to their word…FREE.
