Sam & Max Save the World hits XBLA June 17

Today adventure game all-stars Telltale Games announced that Sam & Max Save the World will hit Xbox Live Arcade next week.

Save the World, also known as Sam & Max Season One on the PC and Wii, contains six episodes of fantastic adventure gameplay and will cost you 1600 Microsoft Points ($20). The Xbox 360 version features new direct character controls, an optional widescreen format, and achievements.

If Sam & Max Save the World sounds like your kind of game, you’ll want to call off Wednesday, June 17, because that’s when it arrives.
