Today it was announced that the PC port of Mass Effect will not be shipped with the expansion, Bring Down The Sky, included on the disk. However, it will be available for download in North America on May 28 and June 6 in Europe, the same day the game is released. The best part is, it’s free.
Sometimes it’s good to be a PC gamer.

Those of you who are big fans of Mass Effect will be delighted to know that downloadable content for the game is now available.
Mass Effect: Bring Down the Sky features the all-new Batarian race and (allegedly) adds 90 minutes of gameplay.
At 400 Microsoft points ($5), the 253mb download is a relative bargain as long as you get all 90 minutes out of it.
