DigitalLife 2007 setup day is almost over, and we’re slowly getting up and running. The DigitalLife 2007 GGL Wire crew finally got into the Javits Center with approximately 863 lbs. (391 KG) of equipment. This segment of videos features not only the well-known coverage and talent crews, but also the admin cast and the competition staff who make all our tournaments happen. On set-up day, Amir got foul-mouthed with the camera as he searched desperately for Joe Moss, our director of competitions. When we were finished, I spoke to Chris at the Javits center about our progress.
The following day, I caught up with Spirit Moon … or rather, caught up with the eyes of “the fifth race” as he checked out Checkpooh’s practice games. Moon, naturally, went on to beat Sweet in the WarCraft III final. Continued…
The GGL Wire crew has arrived back in L.A from DigitalLife 2007, bringing ourselves full circle. djWHEAT ducked out early while the rest of us lifted some heavy cases (thanks Marcus!) and Amir thinks the event was a “massive failure.” Oh, those Brits and their sarcasm.

An epic Guitar Hero III tournament grand final just went down at DigitalLife 2007 between Edgehopper and DangerIsGo. The winner took home a Gibson Les Paul worth $2,700, while the second place finisher snagged himself a Gibson Flying V worth $1,600. Find out who won below.
