Metal Gear Online’s Meme expansion detailed

Today Konami announced that the Meme expansion to Metal Gear Online will be arriving next week on Tuesday, Nov. 25. The Meme expansion will add three new maps and two new characters; Revolver Ocelot and Mei Ling.

Is it just me, or does this expansion seem a little unnecessary. Does anyone still play Metal Gear Online? Please don’t interpret this as an attack on Metal Gear Online. I just haven’t heard any buzz about this game for a while. My best friend, who absolutely adores the Metal Gear series, said that he played MGO for a couple hours when it first came out and hasn’t touched it since. If any of you guys still plays MGO or feels like I’m being too harsh, let us know by leaving a comment.
