Today EA Sports announced that the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live will be getting EA Sports Fantasy Football integration later this summer. EA also announced that fantasy football teams will be able to be ported over into Madden NFL 09.
While the web-based version of Fantasy Football will be free, Xbox 360 and PS3 owners will have to pay for the service. By paying, gamers will be able to download a Fantasy Football Live Draft Tracker which allows them to watch video clips and listen to EA Sports expert commentary. Subscribers will also be able to download The Live Score Tracker which will deliver fantasy football scores.
