THQ and Relic have released the first screenshots of Dawn of War 2, showing off vastly updated graphics from the first title. Dawn of War sold well enough to warrant three expansions, so let’s hope the new game is up to par as well. Check out the Space Marines tearing the Orks a new one below.


Leaked magazine scans have new info about the upcoming Lost Planet: Extreme Condition sequel. Dubbed Lost Planet Colonies, this sequel has been traveling through the rumor mill for some time but no information was available until now.
According to the scans, Colonies will have one new female character and new weapons and monsters, in online-play you will be able to play either as human or as a bug and the title will feature cross-platform play between PCs and Xbox 360s (no word about PS3 yet).
The mag scans also state that Lost Planet Colonies will be released in Japan on May 29.

A leaked photo of this week’s pre-newsstand Famitsu spread the rumors about a new Street Fighter 4 character, and now Capcom’s US Blog has the details regarding this new fighter.
Joining Crimson Viper and Abel on the list of new contenders on the upcoming SF4 comes El Fuerte, a Mexican Lucha Libre wrestler (and a part-time gourmet cooker) that is said to compete with Abel and Zangief for the top grappler spot in the title.

Take-Two games officially announced a sequel to last year’s hit BioShock, slated for a Q3 2009 release.
The publisher has stated its intent to produce a new BioShock game every two years.
The game will be developed at the 2K Marin studio, founded by a group of expatriate developers from the first game.
