CheapyD of CheapAssGamer has been subpoenaed by Circuit City for information on one of his website users, speedy1961, who leaked the PlayStation 3 price drop information before E3.
Luckily for Speedy, CheapyD has no intention of giving away his information; not that he has much to begin with. To sign up for CAG, one only needs to provide a username, e-mail address, and password.
