It seems spending millions on advertising Halo 3 is paying off. At least, for us, the fans. Here’s another incredibly well done TV advertisement for Halo 3, the upcoming Xbox 360 shooter you, your father and brother all want to play. Bravo Microsoft and Bungie, this is the way videogame advertising should be done.
You may have seen the brilliant TV ad for Halo 3 yesterday, but did you see the really real ad? I bet not. For anyone that has experienced the joy that is playing Halo online over Xbox Live, you’ll surely appreciate this more realistic approach. Enjoy!

As videogames continue to evolve and become more of a serious and respected media property, it’s always great to see TV advertisements that shy away from the stereotypes and instead take a more artistic route when promoting a selected game or system. This new Halo 3 ad does just that. Watch and appreciate how far videogame-related advertising has come.
