Epic announces UT3 expansion
Today in an interview with Gamespot, Epic’s VP, Mark Rein, announced an Unreal Tournament 3 expansion. While the details are scarce, as in none, Mark stated, “we’re working together on a major expansion that we expect will excite and grow our UT3 customer base.”
I have always been a huge fan of the Unreal Tournament games, however UT3 felt like kind of a let down. It might just be that I am biased towards a PC-centric release, but I felt that UT3 was too focused on being a console shooter rather than a PC shooter. Hopefully the UT3 expansion will return to the glory days of Unreal Tournament 2004.
